CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service. We can cancel orders for in store pick up at any time. If you are cancelling an order that has already been shipped to the store location, we will process a refund once the items arrive at the pick up location. You will receive a refund notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Orders that have been shipped directly to your address (home, business, project site, etc.) cannot be cancelled once they have been picked up by the carrier. You can refuse the order when it arrives or initiate a return request and ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note that we may not be able to cancel special orders or customized items. If a special order or customized item is cancelled, we may charge a 25% restocking fee.

Under some circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel part or all of your order. Such circumstances may include:

• Items not available
• Problems processing your payment information
• Shipping not possible to provided address
• Duplicate orders

In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive an email notification from us detailing the reasons for cancellation. You will not be charged for cancelled items.
