RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however in the event that you require a return, you may initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery and provided the item is in the original condition and packaging.

We are not able to accept returns on products that are clearly marked as final sale, products that have been assembled or installed, and products not in their original condition and/or without their original packaging. In some cases you may be required to pay a restocking fee.

When your order arrives, please check the box for damage and make sure the model name and number match your order confirmation. Once you have removed the packaging please check your item(s) for damage. Once your item has been installed it cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we may request pictures of the damage to your order for review.

Most of the suppliers we work with offer a warranty on manufacturers’ defects. Please contact us should you have any questions regarding the warranty on your purchase, or visit one of our knowledgeable showroom staff.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We can process general returns, exchanges and refunds only for items purchased through robinsonco.ca. To irequest a return please contact customer service. Please allow 2 business days for your request to be reviewed. Once we have reviewed your return request we will contact you by email or phone with how to proceed. If your return request is approved we will issue instructions on how to ship the item back to us. We encourage our customers to inquire about shipping insurance with the carrier prior to sending an item back to us.

If your request is approved you can drop off your item at your nearest ROBINSON location or ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We encourage our customers to inquire about shipping insurance with the carrier prior to sending an item back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, ROBINSON will notify you by email whether a refund is approved or rejected depending on the condition of the returned item. If we have provided you with a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to be processed.

If you have requested an exchange and the exchange has been approved, your new item will be shipped to you once the returned item has been received and inspected by us. You will receive an email notification once your new item has been shipped.

Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

MISSING PARTS

In the rare case where a part is missing from your order please contact customer service for assistance. In most cases we will be able to get your missing part to you quickly.

RETURN TO STORE

You may return your purchase to your nearest store location as long as the item meets our return requirements. Please contact one of our locations and one of our knowledgeable staff members will be happy to assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please be aware that it may not be possible for us to cancel an order that is in progress. To request a cancellation please contact customer service. Once an item is shipped it is not possible for us to cancel the order.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

ROBINSON is not responsible for lost or stolen goods, or items damaged in transit. However in the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact customer service and we would be happy to assist you with next steps.
