Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

We currently ship only within Canada. All standard orders are shipped via our Regular service:

Free shipping on orders of $85.00 CAD or more.

$20.00 CAD flat rate on orders under $85.00 CAD.

 

Shipping Surcharges

Certain product categories require additional handling and carry a shipping surcharge. These fees are applied in addition to any standard shipping rates and are non-negotiable due to the nature of the items.

Heavy & Bulky Products — $299.00 CAD surcharge
Applies to large or heavy items that require special freight handling like tubs.

Toilets — $99.00 CAD surcharge
Applies to all toilet orders due to their size and fragility.

Other Fragile / Oversized Items — $99.00 CAD surcharge
Applies to fragile or oversized products requiring extra care in transit.

 

Custom Order Products

Some products on our site are available as custom or special orders. For these items, please note the following:

  • Once your order is placed, we will submit the order directly to our supplier on your behalf.
  • Your item will be shipped to you once we have received it from our supplier.
  • Lead times vary depending on the product and supplier availability. We will keep you informed of any updates to your order status.
  • Custom order products may not be eligible for cancellation once the supplier order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. 
  • Custom orders that are approved for return will be charged a 25% restocking fee.


In-Store Pickup

In-stock inventory may be available for in-store pickup at the time of checkout. If this option is available for your order, you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup at the store.

Important Notes

  • Surcharges are applied automatically at checkout based on the items in your order.
  • The free shipping threshold of $85.00 CAD applies to standard products only and does not waive product-specific surcharges.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.
