Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on orders over $250.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Deliveries are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will typically ship out the following Monday provided the item is labeled as “Available to ship”. Please note that we require a physical address for all orders as we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

LARGE ITEM SHIPMENTS

Shipping large or bulky items may require additional shipping charges. You will be provided a quote for these charges via email before we ship your order.

NORTHERN/REMOTE AREA SHIPPING

Shipping to remote or northern areas (Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may incur extra shipping costs. Customer service will review your order and provide you with a quote via email before shipping your items out to you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation via email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers are not loaded to the carrier’s site until 24 hours after the item has been picked up and scanned by the carrier (typically you can expect to see your tracking number working the day after your order ships). Please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive with standard ground shipping. Timelines with other delivery options may vary.

SPECIAL ORDER / NON STOCKED

For items that are not currently labeled as “Available to ship” you will see the availability date listed under the product online. Once we have received this item in our inventory you can expect your item to ship out within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking number once the item has shipped.

Items that have been specially ordered directly from the vendor and/or customized may take longer to ship out. If this causes an extension to the product's lead time, customer service will advise you of estimated ship times upon placement of your order.

In the event that you cancel a special order you may be charged a 25% restocking fee.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES REQUIRED

If for any reason we are unable to ship all or part of your order, we will notify you via email. We will ship the in stock items and backorder the remaining item(s). You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for backordered items. In the event that we need to split your order into different shipments, you are not charged an additional shipping fee for each shipment.

PAYMENTS

Your credit card is charged upon shipping your order. You are not charged for backordered items until the item has shipped. Your credit card is charged upon shipping your order. However, in the event that you cancel your order, this deposit will be refunded to you.

UPON DELIVERY

Please inspect your package carefully upon receiving it. If there is any damage to your item, please contact customer service within 5 days. For more information please review our Return Policy.

ROBINSON is not responsible for lost or stolen goods, or items damaged in transit. However in the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact customer service and we would be happy to assist you with next steps.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please be aware that it may not be possible for us to cancel an order that is in progress. To request a cancellation please contact customer service. Once an item is shipped it is not possible for us to cancel the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
